Creating Content Doesn’t Have to Be Exhausting or Expensive...Anymore
If you’re anything like me, you have ideas for days... the execution though? Psshhh...That part gets lost in the sauce playing taxi, hormone fatigue, and trying to remember if I ate today. The truth is, traditional content creation used to feel overwhelming because the process used to be long and frustrating. But with AI-powered copywriting tools as our secret weapon, they’re helpful even if you’re not super techy, or trying to go viral.
Here’s how I use AI to write faster, think clearer, and get my content out onto the interwebs without burning out.
🔓Step 1: Start with a Brain Dump
Before I use AI, I open a notes app or Google Doc and just spill out all my thoughts, phrases, or messy outlines.
Then, I use this prompt:
✅ Ask ChatGPT:
"Clean up this list of ideas and turn them into 5 content hooks or post starters. Keep them bold, conversational, and under 20 words."
This instantly turns brain fog into structure.
Step 2: Let AI Expand the Idea for You
Once I choose a hook, I ask AI to build it out for me.
✅ Ask ChatGPT:
"Write a short blog-style caption or post based on this hook: [paste your hook here]. Make it inspiring, not salesy."
The first draft is rarely perfect, but it gives me momentum—fast.
Step 3: Repurpose That One Idea Into Multiple Formats
This is the part that saves me HOURS.
✅ Ask ChatGPT:
"Take this paragraph and turn it into: a tweet, an Instagram caption, a YouTube short script, and an email subject line."
Now I’ve got:

Four pieces of content
-
Zero overthinking
Step 4: Use AI as a Brainstorming Buddy, Not a Boss
I don’t let AI replace my voice. I let it support my voice.
When I’m stuck, I ask:
✅ Prompt:
"What are 10 content angles around [insert topic] that feel fresh, empowering, and Gen X-friendly?"
It keeps my creativity flowing without me spiraling into perfectionism paralyzation. You know...when you literally get nothing done, because you're frozen into believing things need to be perfect.
Step 5: Use Templates + Personalization for Speed
I created 5–10 go-to AI prompts I reuse all the time.
Example:
"Write a relatable story post for women over 45 who feel behind in life but are ready to restart. Include a soft CTA."
You can do this too. Create your own little prompt vault or use one of mine.

Using AI doesn’t make you less creative. It makes you efficiently creative. Because At 50, I don’t have time for execution guilt, tech overwhelm, or blank-page anxiety. Ain't nobody got time for that, now I create from clarity, not chaos. And with AI as my sidekick, I can't crank out my copywriting in a snap...er a click...and now so can you.
